The lucky woman known as Allison Snyder had purchased the ticket for $30 from Clubhouse that is located on Walton Road in Kent. It was a Fastest Road to $1 million scratch-off tickets.

With the lottery win, she could take $40,000 for either twenty-five years or a $1 million prize. Had she gone for the former option she would have received annual installments of $40,000 for 25 years, adding up to $10 million eventually. Initially, Allison was clueless about the fact that she had won the top prize. When she scratched and scanned the ticket, it stated that she had won $40,000.
